The QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce is also recommended for your senior staff.
Those who have previous experience working in other residential or school environments will have accumulated even more knowledge, skills and experience to do the QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce.
Our experience has shown that many residential staff in specialist provision often take on additional responsibilities (for example key working). Such responsibilities require the skills and aptitude required to provide the evidence and knowledge base for the 3 Units making up the QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce (Social Care Pathway).
