• Any member of your support staff who has completed his/her probationary period is a likely candidate for the QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce.
  


• The QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce is also recommended for your senior assistants as a possible bridge to HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) course.
  


• Those who have previous experience working in school environments or similar will have accumulated even more knowledge, skills and experience to do the QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce.
