• Any member of your residential staff who has completed his/her probationary period is a likely candidate for the QCF Level 3 Diploma Health & Social Care (Adults)
  


• The QCF Level 3 Diploma Health & Social Care (Adults) is also recommended for your senior residential staff.
  


• Those who have previous experience working in other residential environments will have accumulated even more knowledge, skills and experience to do the QCF Level 3 Diploma Health & Social Care (Adults).
  


• Our experience has shown that many residential staff in specialist provision often take on additional responsibilities (for example key working).
